TERMS & CONDITIONS: The undersigned parties to this agreement do, in the consideration of their mutual obligations, agree that:

INSURANCE: Mountain View Marine, Inc. requires full coverage on each boat. Please make sure your coverage meets all requirements listed here, then ask your insurance carrier to fax your vessel’s Evidence of Property Form, Accord 27 to 828-743-0817 or email mvm6355@frontier.com. The coverage must include: Hull Coverage for the vessel, Liability Coverage for bodily Injury, Property Damage, and Pollution; Vessel description must be shown on the Certificate of Insurance. Your insurance will be the primary insurance; Mountain View Marine, Inc. must be shown as an Additional Insured. (This designation will allow your insurance company to automatically send us the updates and renewals—saving you time and effort.)
Mountain View Marine, including its agents and employees, shall not be liable for any loss or damage to said equipment caused by storm, water damage, or any other act of God, leakage, theft, or other loss or damage not directly caused by the negligence of Mountain View Marine Inc.
I will not hold Mountain View Marine Inc. responsible for any items left within above item during storage.
Owner shall carry insurance against loss by fire, theft, windstorm and other damage or loss which may occur during the storage period or as a result of Owner’s failure to carry out Owner’s obligations. Owner shall take all steps necessary to prepare the Boat for storage including but not limited to boat cover and hull plug.
I understand that all work done in storage yard will be by Mountain View Marine Inc. personnel only. No Owner can hire or engage any contractor, mechanic, installer, repairman, electronic or material personnel or other paid workmen to perform work on the boat while in the storage yard without the prior written consent of Mountain View Marine Inc. Mountain View Marine Inc. reserves the right to refuse any and all work on the boat and also reserves the absolute right to refuse such consent to any and all such persons and to require Mountain View Marine Inc. personnel only perform desired work.
As a storage customer, I understand if I do not pay my bill for more than 3 months, that Mountain View Marine Inc. has the right to consider the boat abandoned and in which time the storage customer agrees to release ownership of the above item over to Mountain View Marine.
I also understand that Mountain View Marine Inc. will not be responsible for any freeze damage to inboard or outboard motors on vessels brought in after October 1st or taken out before May 1st.
No boats will be picked up from personal docks after October 31st. We will only meet at the powerhouse access area during the off-season.
All boats contracted for inside storage must be fueled 90% or greater.
Mountain View Marine, Inc. reserves the right to terminate a storage agreement for any reason. Also, if you are an inside storage customer we reserve the right to terminate inside to outside storage if you do not pay on time.
This contract is for yearly storage. No partial or seasonal storage allowed. No early termination. Pricing is subject to change.
